Everything you need to know for an amazing charter experience with us!

Deposits

A non-refundable $200 deposit is required within 7 days of booking to secure your date. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, we cannot guarantee availability. Deposits can be made via check or Venmo.

Cancellations

Cancellations by the client within 10 days of the trip will result in a forfeited deposit.

Day of Payments

Checks will not be accepted on the day of the charter - payment must be made in cash or Venmo before departure.

Weather Cancellations

The captain has sole discretion to cancel trips due to unsafe weather conditions. If rescheduling is not possible, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Alcohol

Beer and wine are allowed, but excessive alcohol consumption will result in the termination of the trip with no refund. Hard liquor is prohibited as it violates insurance regulations.

Illegal Drugs

Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy, including marijuana, which remains federally illegal.

Tips

Please tip your mate (or the captain if acting as both). A 20% cash tip of the total trip cost is customary for their hard work ensuring you have a great experience.
